Delivery
Delivery times vary between 7-14 days, depending on the customer’s location.

Returns
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Certain items, such as personalized or intimate products, are non-returnable.
Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
